Angkor Youth Camp 2010

The sixth Angkor Youth Camp 2010, was organized successful to the goal of aware the knowledge to the young people and had distributed to hundreds participants with huge experiences, good willing and smart plan where bringing their voice or concern into the plan development or any decision making and especially the participants packing back home with hope, confidence and optimist. Youth does not want to be passive and only waiting for benefit but want to be the part of labor to promote the development in Cambodia. National Youth Policy is a real need for guiding long term strategic planning that will target public and private sector investments in the areas of education, vocational training as well as health care and awareness. The youth group in the camp aimed to inform policy makers and development partners in the development of a national youth policy, five years matrix as well as specific polices and programmers that serve young Cambodians. And the press release of youth suggestion on National Youth Policy and its 5 years matrix for the distribution of decent employment opportunities, schooling, and health care reflects the distribution of well-being and equality in society, was designed and sent to all media via the Environment Writer Association or Environmental Journalist.
