The Cambodia youth are still limited in active and creative on social development. They are lest participate in community voluntarily some are step back if we do not push or encourage them to take action. The main reason is they are lack of understanding about their important roles and responsibilities to take part in the community development. Due to the past experience, older people have never value to the youth participation in any development which they think that youth are lacking of experiences and are short-sight thinking. Further, elder people always concerned about youth involvement to any events as political parties. They usually get hurt or imprison in return. Consequently, their parents intervened for not allow their children to involve in community works.
