The aim of the drug prevention project is to improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups in the Cambodian society, to reduce the rate of drug users and to ascertain whether small-scale illicit drug prevention initiatives in urban areas have an impact upon reducing the trend in drug abuse amongst specific at-risk groups.
