Through our experience and the participants needs KYA-Women Program have 4 main topics- gender mainstreaming, advocacy, leadership skill, security and laws (to talk about some laws that related to women) to give them missing skills to resolve problems and to protect themselves. Group discussions are used to enable women to express their own opinions and to be encouraged and promoted by KYA staff to participate in society and all levels of public work. |

In each province we have a trainer. The target groups are young females and males between 16 and 35 years old. They are teachers, trainees, students, civil servants, dropouts, unemployed youth, housewives and farmers. |
