Recommendations for the Government |
|
- The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports organizes the process of establishing the national youth policy and they have to be based ion the guidance of Vienna City on a model national youth policy procedure.
- The Royal Government as well as the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport have to ensure that there is the participation of youth from movements in the society e.g. organizations, youth associations and students in the entire process especially in the working groups for the national youth policy development process.
- The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport has to focus on the ten prioritized problems of the "World Youth Program Action for 2000 and beyond, which is the basic step for establishing the national youth policy.
- The national youth policy should be approved by the National Assembly like the other laws.

Recommendations for the United Nations |
- The institutions of the United Nations have to be involved in all the activities in providing technical support to the working group to draft the policy and other required working groups.
- The United Nations, especially UNDP, UNESCO, UNFPA and other donors should stand on one overall principle in this involvement of the national youth policy.
- The institutions of the United Nations should also provide the technical support for studies or research on core information for this national youth policy establishment.

Recommendation for Youth Organizations / Students |
- Organizations, associations, youth groups and students should establish one advisory committee to advise the working group to develop the draft. This committee should discuss and collect ideas of the youth from provinces, cities and other universities as much as possible.
